About Union Roofing
Union Roofing Contractors, Inc. is a family-owned business, and we still value family today — yours as well as ours.
In March 1981, Frank Sr. launched the business with one truck and a unifying vision: to provide quality roofing services and products to homeowners throughout Philadelphia. Over the years, our business has grown, with more trucks and a service area that encompasses Wildwood, NJ. The vision has evolved as well: to provide quality roofing services and products to homeowners and business owners.
Although our staff has expanded, the deep commitment to family values remains. A few years ago, Frank’s two sons stepped into key leadership roles at Union Roofing: Cody became the Vice President of the Commercial Division, and Frank Jr. became the Vice President of the Residential Division.
Their involvement brought a fresh perspective and underscored the company’s core values: excellence, integrity, and respect. Today, Frank Sr. and his sons provide exceptional roofing services and high-quality products to families and business owners throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
OUR PROCESS
MEET THE CUSTOMER
Our first priority is to you, the customer. Whenever you reach out to Union Roofing, rest assured that we are listening! Our office hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but in the event of an emergency, we can respond to your call anytime, day or night, including holidays. Moreover, you will always speak to an employee, not an answering machine. We will get your name, address, phone number, and a brief description of what you need (roofing, siding, windows, brick pointing, etc.). Then, we will ask how you found us, whether from Google, Angie’s List, or someplace else. From there, we will schedule a time to meet — at your convenience.
FREE ESTIMATE & SCHEDULING
We will provide you with a FREE, NO-OBLIGATION estimate for the job. When you are ready to schedule the work, we will send you a DocuSign contract, along with a convenient link so you can pay the deposit at the same time. We designed this process to be as easy and painless for you as possible. Within a week, you will get your estimate and schedule the work. We understand that you need the job to begin and finish in a timely way!
Construction & Installation
Union Roofing employs licensed contractors who are GAF-certified and ATLAS-certified, which means that they have completed rigorous, industry-standard training. They are also fully insured, guaranteeing that the work will be completed correctly and safely.
Follow Up & Warranty
We take two sets of pictures so you can see the roof BEFORE we begin the work and AFTER we finish. We know that you cannot see the top of your roof, and we want you to feel secure, trusting that our contractors are doing the job properly.
Union Roofing offers two warranty options for flat roofs:
- A 10-year warranty for a Hot Asphalt Roof
- A 15-year warranty on a Rubber Roof
As with any roofing warranty, you are still required to maintain your new roof. Our warranties require specific maintenance every three years. We can provide that service if you like.

Brian was really upfront and offered a discount for my services. They called at 6:20 am , they were here at day break , My front porch roof was pulled up, And rain was ruining my front porch. I had 3 prior estimates .There's was the best deal for what was required. He was honest about my full roof which was done 5-7 years ago. It didn't need a full replacement like 1 company suggested and took pictures of the neighbors roof stating we gave them the wrong address. I didn't need a full roof like my neighbors. It did have some worn area's and they did what was needed. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that when they were done they did not address me at all especially since they called at 6:20 am it would have been a 5 star if they let me know they were done and sent the completed work instead of me having to call and text b4 I got a response. It could have been done when they were finished. My only gripe . I went through each room in my upstairs to look for the ladder or the tech that I spoke to when they were on my front porch which I could speak with them right from my bedroom window to let me know when they were done to send me the photos of their done job. I was finally able to get to Brian the lead after a a phone call and text a bit later he was able to send the pictures and respond to my questions. Overall they did a great job. Just be sure to read the fine print of your contract!!
