Brian was really upfront and offered a discount for my services. They called at 6:20 am , they were here at day break , My front porch roof was pulled up, And rain was ruining my front porch. I had 3 prior estimates .There's was the best deal for what was required. He was honest about my full roof which was done 5-7 years ago. It didn't need a full replacement like 1 company suggested and took pictures of the neighbors roof stating we gave them the wrong address. I didn't need a full roof like my neighbors. It did have some worn area's and they did what was needed. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that when they were done they did not address me at all especially since they called at 6:20 am it would have been a 5 star if they let me know they were done and sent the completed work instead of me having to call and text b4 I got a response. It could have been done when they were finished. My only gripe . I went through each room in my upstairs to look for the ladder or the tech that I spoke to when they were on my front porch which I could speak with them right from my bedroom window to let me know when they were done to send me the photos of their done job. I was finally able to get to Brian the lead after a a phone call and text a bit later he was able to send the pictures and respond to my questions. Overall they did a great job. Just be sure to read the fine print of your contract!!
